Pamela E Pavlichek

As the company president Pamela handles the day to day operations of the company. She is one of the contacts for association co-owners when they call. Pam assures that the co-owners requests are processed and completed. Her background in management and teaching gives her a unique ability to listen, understand and organize.​

Michael Pavlichek

His background includes building maintenance and management positions in production, warehousing and transportation. Michael's strong organizational skills have helped him develop programs and systems to improve the processing of work orders and repairs. Michael has also completed the CAI course in Community Property Management and has received his CMCA and AMS Certification.

Brian Laskowski

Brian is a Livonia Franklin High School graduate ('02), who left the Army in 2015 after nearly 8 years of service. Brian handles the accounting and maintenance aspects of the company. During his time in the military Brian worked in the field of psychology, so his strengths are communication and problem solving. While serving he was also able to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Homeland Security and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a finance concentration.

Pamela, Brian & Michael continue to attend seminars, classes and trade shows in the various industries involved in condominium management. They strive to advance their knowledge in property management, accounting, building, landscape and grounds maintenance to better serve their clients.
